The colors are combined with bold black outlines and shadows to increase contrast and visual punch. The result is a vivid, dynamic look that catches the eye and reinforces the playful tone of the platform.
The typeface Red Hat Display was selected for its geometric, modern feel. It combines friendliness and clarity, making it ideal for headlines, UI components, and mobile interfaces. It also complements the bold visuals without overpowering them.
We designed modular layouts tailored to various content types such as service pages, events, teams, institutional information, and private areas. This structure supports easy content scalability while maintaining a consistent visual experience.
The Balcão Matosinhos Jovem platform was designed to go beyond a standard municipal website — it serves as a functional tool to foster active youth engagement. Features like event registration, real-time chat, smart search, and interactive maps make the experience intuitive and dynamic.
To support the launch, we also created social media visuals aligned with the project’s identity, focusing on topics that matter to local youth and driving traffic back to the platform.
